Power Yoga Evolution is a unique Hot Power Yoga studio and lifestyle center dedicated to the practice of Power Yoga, a heated style of Vinyasa yoga. We are located at 27 Charles Street, 2nd floor, North Andover MA. Power Yoga Evolution provides a specific type of yoga, in which movements are vigorous and intense, yet mentally centering. It originated from Ashtanga yoga and has evolved into an ultimate training routine. Power Yoga is based on the same principle as other forms of yoga, in which there is a union between the body and mind. Power Yoga is a moving meditation of both flowing poses and static poses. It, both, strengthens and lengthens the body into proper alignment; breath is matched with movement called Vinyasa. Power Yoga has concentration on proper alignment, and is done in a heated room, approximately 95 to 100 degrees.

Hello, Loyal Members of Power Yoga Evolution,

It has been my greatest blessing and honor to provide 15 years of hot yoga to our community. From the bottom of my heart, I want you to know how truly life-changing this journey has been for me. The relationships, memories, and experiences I have shared with so many of you will always hold a special place in my heart.

I’m excited to share that Power Yoga Evolution has merged with Unity Hot Yoga, and Meg will be the new owner of the studio. I’m very happy to say that all of your current teachers will remain on the schedule, along with many new teachers who will be joining us.

We will also be adding many new classes and bringing new energy and opportunities to the studio. I’m excited to continue being a part of this next chapter and to help take this location to the next level.

Thank you for your loyalty, your support, and for allowing me to be part of your lives for the past 15 years.
