Attention Teams:

It is always incredibly frustrating when Mother Nature ruins race day. This is especially true when the race in question is the last chance event for teams to make the playoffs. Star Speedway did their best to find a make up date. The series considered alternative venues. Unfortunately our visit to Star Speedway for 2026 is cancelled. There will not be a make-up date.
Our next event will be at Thompson Speedway. Thompson will remain a new tire event.

Mother nature has won today unfortunately.

I said I would make an early morning decision in hopes of a miracle that we could have cars on track for noon to start practice. This extended forecast pic is past noon with still more rain to come.with travel time, school and work notes, town ordinance and more figured in a late day program ending at 8 PM. Or later on a Sunday is not possible.
With that we must say the words I hate, RAINED OUT. With that comes an end to Classic Week 2026. What a way to end it last night with one of the biggest Classic Saturday crowds we have had in over a decade. I thank you all.

After a little over a month off we’re back with the ProTruck Challenge this Sunday at Star Speedway for the last day of the Star Classic!

Arguably may be the most important race of the season for me as it’s our last chance to make it into the playoffs and we’re only 7 points out. Excited to see what we can do 💪🏼

Fall is in the air this morning and that means 1 thing another season of Pro Truck Challenge Racing is winding down. With just 3 races to go this season we head into the final race to make the playoffs this Sunday, also just 2 races remain in the Chappell Tractor Short Track Showdown points series remember these points are cumulative and do not reset. Currently the top 5 are separated by just 49 points! See you all Sunday.

With just 1 race left to lock into the "Elite 8" our bubble battle couldn't be much tighter! The 28 of John Pereira is currently 7th with a slim +3 point cushion over rookie contender the 05 of Randy Churchill Jr. In 8th the 52 of Mercedes Caron is just -7 points back of that valuable 8th place position. The always competitive 151 of Bert Ouellette -51 is down but not out! you can bet Bert will get every bit of speed out of that 151 when the Pro Truck Challenge presented by Chappell Tractor roles into Star Speedway for Classic Weekend.

Here are the final results from Saturday ‘s $10,000 ProTruck Challenge event. Huge thanks to all the officials at White Mountain Motorsports Park, especially Scott Tapley for making sure the ProTruck feature got in. If you haven’t been to White Mountain Motorsports Park, you are missing out.

3 races to go. Our next event will decide the eight Chase competitors. We use the classic NASCAR points system with bonuses . 1st is worth over 200 points.

The 28 of John Periera is in 7th with 1152 pts
05 of Randy Churchill is in 8th with 1149

52 Mercedes Caron is looking for one of those spots. She has 1142 points

151 Bert Ouellette had a disastrous Wiscasset event that dropped him from 2nd when he could not start the feature. He has 1098 points . He knows it is a long shot to get in. He also knows it can be done.

Huge swings happen. Very few are safe.
Next up Star Speedway’s Classic Weekend. Be there if you can.
