Today’s embroidery project carries a little more meaning for me than most.

I made several “Freedom” shirts, including some in red. Mine is blue with red stitching, and I chose those colors intentionally.

One year ago today, our country lost Charlie Kirk. I didn’t know him personally, but I watched his videos and found myself agreeing with much of what he had to say about faith, family, and country.

But it wasn’t only what he believed that stood out to me. He was willing to educate, ask questions, listen, and have open and honest conversations with people who didn’t necessarily agree with him.

The ability to disagree, debate, and still have a real conversation feels like a dying art in our country.

His passing affected me on an emotional level, and I wanted to remember today in a way that felt genuine to me without making it something loud or political.

Sometimes one word says it all.

Freedom. 🇺🇸

Apparently, there is a study that tells you how many horses you should own based on your birth month. 🐴

I’m a May baby…

And apparently I’m supposed to own however many horses I can fit in a field.

Well… I’d say I’m currently SEVERELY underwhelming in this category. 😂

My current horse count: 0.
My recommended horse count: “How big is the field?”

And honestly, I’m REALLY glad nobody in our family was born in December… because December says you should own as many horses as years you’ve been alive. 😳

That could get expensive REAL quick. 😂

So now I need to know…

A horse show weekend needs good food, and we definitely had that covered! 🍴🐴

A big thank you to Red Leg Provisions for keeping us fed all weekend at the LNJ Ranch UDJC Labor Day Show. Everything was delicious, and having good food right there at the show makes a long weekend just a little better!

And another BIG THANK YOU to LNJ Ranch for hosting the UDJC show and giving us another great weekend of horses, friends, and dressage. We appreciate all the work that goes into putting these shows together!

We’ve had a great weekend and are already looking forward to the next one. 💜

🌅 Last day at the LNJ Ranch UDJC Labor Day Show!

The morning started with a beautiful Oklahoma sunrise on the way in, and now we’re all set up and ready for another day at the show. 🐴

We’ve got some of our newest shirts out, along with your favorite tack and show essentials — including our Velvet Mane Braiding Wax for those last-minute braiding needs!

We want to send a big thank you to everyone who stopped by The Tack Wrangler at the CPDS Dressage Show last weekend. We appreciate everyone who shopped with us, came by to visit, and supported our mobile tack shop.

Now it’s time to load up the trailer again!

Today’s trip to the CPDS Dressage Show in Stillwater comes with a pretty big milestone. 💜

Elizabeth is driving the truck and trailer for the FIRST TIME!

There’s something about watching your kid take on these new responsibilities that makes you realize just how fast they’re growing up. I’m excited for her, proud of her, and maybe just a tiny bit nervous sitting in the passenger seat!

We’re headed to Stillwater for the weekend, and we’re looking forward to a great CPDS show. Here’s to safe travels, good rides, and making some memories along the way! 🐴💜

We’re celebrating today with our girl Elvira, but we definitely don’t want her to have all the attention!
