Okay I KNOW it's 7 million degrees today but Fall Ball starts tonight and we're ready for all things Fall!

Small Group Training with Coach Aimee will look just a little different this Fall -

SEPTEMBER - 3 Mondays (Not on Labor Day! Enjoy your long weekend!) with an emphasis on stringing contacts together and getting athletes' comfortable anticipating ball movement.

OCTOBER - 4 Wednesdays with an emphasis on everything defense! Footwork, dawg mentality, J-hooks, run throughs, and confidence - confidence - confidence!

We'll resume small group training for the littles (K-4th) in November.

Each month has two sessions - capped at 10 athletes/session & we'll modify drills based on skill level.

Hey friends!

Due to some last-minute drops, we're looking for three 5th or 6th graders that are interested in playing Fall Ball! Practice starts tomorrow - Mondays & Wednesdays 5-630. Teams of 8 athletes & each age group has an extra coach for consistent and lots of feedback!

Fall Ball is cooperative & we work to build their fundamentals & their confidence!

We've got some good athletes & some beginners and coaches will push each kid to get better from where they started!

Tournaments are: 9/19 noon-4 | 10/10 8-noon | 10/25 noon-4 | 11/8 4-8PM

Boys' Program is Returning!

This Fall - September through November! We'll meet at Heyen Hoops for 90 minutes of drills, followed by 30 minutes of play! We will also host free pop-up play days during the weekends - keep an eye out for those!

Our goal is to build up as much volleyball skill & IQ as possible - so that we can get a team or two going for the winter season.

Athletes are HIGHLY encouraged to attend the free open gyms at Normal West AND the train & play opportunity at Illini Elite over September & October!

Male athletes, ages 14-18 (8th Grade - Seniors) are welcome at this time - we will have additional opportunities for Junior High athletes to train, learn & compete in the Winter!

Total cost for this training is $250 - please send Coach Aimee an email if you need assistance or if your athlete can only participate some of the time (happy to prorate that cost for you).

We've got open gyms this week leading up to Evaluations on Saturday!

These open gyms are an opportunity for your athlete to get comfortable and get a few quality touches in before evals to ease their nerves!

If you are unable to attend the evals on Saturday- please be sure to arrange attendance at one of these open gyms!
