Ron was visiting Williamsburg from Pennsylvania and wanted to take his grandson and granddaughter fishing for the first time. We spent the afternoon catching and releasing Spanish Mackeral for a wonderful day for this family.
Scott and his family came today for a morning half day, and went home with a gallon bag full of Spanish Mackerel fillets. Great first Saltwater experience for his relatives from Wisconsin!!

Weather hasn't been conducive for fishing lately, (I don't target bluefin on my charters) so I've been spending time in the kitchen. Been working on my Kimchi lately. I made some last week, and used it to make Kimchi Jjigae today.
