When people think about building a stronger core, they often think they need to do more ab exercises.
But here's the truth...
Your core isn't just something you train. It's involved in almost every movement you make.
That's why I focus on movements like:
✔️ Farmer Carries
✔️ Pullovers
✔️ Front Squats
✔️ Underhand Forward Raises
✔️ Hanging Leg Raises
I don't do all five in one workout, but they show up consistently in my training.
Don't get me wrong, there's absolutely a place for traditional core exercises.
But if your workouts consist of nothing but ab exercises, you're missing one of the biggest opportunities to build a stronger core.
Strength training teaches your core to do what it was designed to do: stabilize your body while you move.
And remember...
You can't spot reduce body fat.
If you're doing the same core routine over and over without getting stronger, your body has no reason to change.
Instead of asking, "What's the best ab workout?"
Ask yourself, "How can I get stronger?"
Build strength, stay consistent, and your core will get stronger right along with the rest of your body.
