💧July challenge: 80+oz water/day

Hydration is one of the simplest things you can do for your body - and one of the easiest to let slip, especially in the summer heat! 🥵

Here’s why it matters:
⚡ Supports energy and reduces fatigue
🧠 Helps with focus and mental clarity
💪 Improves performance and recovery in your workouts
🍽️ Helps regulate hunger and appetite
✨ Supports digestion, skin and overall health

Most of us are walking around a little dehydrated without even realizing it. Aim for 80+ oz a day and see how much better you feel.

Track it however works for you - app, water bottle, notes, whatever you’ll actually stick with.

🌿 June challenge: 25g+ fiber per day

Fiber is one of the most underrated things you can add to your nutrition …. and most people aren’t getting nearly enough of it!

Why it matters:

🥦 Keeps you fuller longer
💩 Supports digestion and gut health
🩸 Helps regulate blood sugar levels
❤️ Supports heart health and cholesterol
⚖️ Plays a role in maintaining a healthy weight long term

The daily recommendation is 25-38g for women. Most people are averaging around 15g or less.

🌱 Think: berries, oats, beans, broccoli, chia seeds, lentils, apples, avocado, sweet potato, edamame, whole grain bread… the list goes on!

🌿 Introducing: Monthly Group Challenges!

Each month we’re going to pick one simple, sustainable habit to focus on together.

Nothing extreme, nothing that isn’t manageable long term. Just small, consistent actions that add up over time.

First challenge: less sitting, more moving🚶‍♀️

Our May goal is 8,000-10,000 steps per day. Walking is one of the most underrated things you can do for your health.

5 things to focus on moving into summer if you really want to see change 👇

1. Lift weights 2-3x a week 🏋️‍♀️
Progressive overload = doing a little more than last week. One extra rep. A tiny bit more weight. That’s it.
▸ Builds lean muscle, boosts your metabolism, strengthens your bones

2. Focus on nutrition 🥗
80% whole foods, 20% flexible. Protein goal: .7g–1g per lb of bodyweight. Just starting out? Begin at the lower end.
▸ Keeps you full, preserves muscle, supports recovery

3. Move your body daily 🚶‍♀️
Small walks add up more than you think. Becoming less sedentary is a game changer.
▸ Reduces stress, improves mood, supports heart health

4. Prioritize sleep 😴
This is when your body actually rebuilds.
▸ Speeds up recovery, keeps hunger & stress hormones balanced

5. Have fun chasing your goals 🙌
No extremes. No burnout. Just maintainable habits you can do week after week - forever and ever, amen.
