Important Update – Effective May 1, 2025

To ensure a smoother and more efficient booking experience, I am implementing the following changes to how appointments and business communications will be handled:

1. Appointment Booking:
Starting May 1, 2025, all appointments must be booked exclusively through my official booking site — shadekenny.glossgenius.com.
The only exception to this policy is for clients booking service packages, which may be scheduled separately upon request.
Absolutely no exceptions will be made for individual appointments booked through DMs, texts, or personal pages.

2. Business Communication:
All questions, concerns, and business-related inquiries must be directed to my business line at (757) 589-6318.
Please refrain from sending messages to my personal or social media pages regarding appointments or business matters, as they will no longer be monitored for such communication.

This change is being made to streamline operations, reduce missed messages, and ensure every client receives the professional service and attention they deserve.

I sincerely appreciate your cooperation and continued support as I grow and improve the client experience.
