¿Qué hace especial a la metodología Xerém de Fluminense?

La metodología Xerém es reconocida mundialmente por ser la base del desarrollo de algunos de los mejores futbolistas de Brasil. Más que un sistema de entrenamiento, es una filosofía de formación que busca desarrollar jugadores inteligentes, creativos y preparados para competir al más alto nivel.

En cada sesión de entrenamiento, los jugadores trabajan aspectos técnicos, tácticos, físicos y mentales mediante ejercicios diseñados para mejorar la toma de decisiones, el dominio del balón y la comprensión del juego. El objetivo no es solo formar grandes futbolistas, sino también personas con disciplina, compromiso y valores.

La metodología Xerém promueve un estilo de juego ofensivo, dinámico y de posesión, donde cada jugador aprende a interpretar el juego, resolver situaciones bajo presión y desarrollar al máximo su potencial dentro del campo.

Ahora, gracias al Fluminense Soccer Camp, los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de entrenar con entrenadores oficiales del club y vivir una experiencia basada en la misma metodología que ha formado a grandes figuras del fútbol brasileño e internacional.

🇧🇷 Y lo mejor está por venir: al finalizar el campamento, cinco jugadores serán seleccionados para viajar a Xerém, Río de Janeiro, donde vivirán durante una semana una experiencia única entrenando en las instalaciones oficiales de Fluminense FC, junto a sus entrenadores, conociendo y viviendo desde adentro la metodología que ha formado a grandes referentes del fútbol brasileño.
