Purgatory Golf Club

Due to the 1.4 inches of rainfall received overnight, combined with the conditions from last week’s historic rainfall, Purgatory Golf Club will be open today, Thursday August 20th, for WALKING ONLY. We hope to reassess these restrictions for all future reservations, for now this is just for reservations today.

Purgatory Golf Club is going to be *Walking Only* once again today. We are still making the rounds of making phone calls to those who have existing tee times already today. The short game area will be open, but our driving range will be closed until at least Tuesday. If you’d like to make a tee time for today, you will have to call the pro shop at 317-776-4653. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of rain we’ve received the past couple of days, Purgatory Golf Club will not have golf carts out today. We will still be open for walking only. Thank you for your understanding.

The 2026 Club Championship is in the books, thanks again to all the participants of this year’s Club Championship! Congrats to all of our Flight Winners: A Flight – Marty Wood, Senior Flight – Reid Smith, and Super Senior Flight – Skip Farr. Our Championship Flight was won by Sam Booth, who fired a second round (2-under) 70 to come from 4 back after Day 1 to win the Championship by 1 shot over Jeff Chapman and Jackson Brooker, who both fired (3-under) 69’s on Day 2 as well!!!
