What a way to kick off our first 9U kid pitch tournament! These girls competed, and showed just how much they’ve grown. There were great plays, big hits, great pitches, and moments that made us coaches and parents proud! 👏🏼🔥

We may not have finished with the 🏆 today, but this team is just getting warmed up. We’ll keep working, keep learning, and keep pushing toward the next one! 💪🏼

What a day for Newton Venom 8U! These girls worked extremely hard today at their very first tournament! They may have lost their first game, but they didn’t let that slow them down. They came back strong and battled their way to a win in their second game, earning 2nd place in the CIS Sunday Funday Tournament! 🏆🥈

We are SO proud of every single one of these girls. The heart, determination, and teamwork they showed today was outstanding!

A special congratulations to Henlie Vander Pol and Bridgett Vriezelaar for being named MVPs for their amazing plays throughout the tournament!

What an incredible first tournament for Newton Venom 8U! We can’t wait to see what this team accomplishes next! 🐍💜💚

💜💚 12U NEWTON VENOM — GAUGING INTEREST! 💚💜

We’re starting to put together plans for a 12U Newton Venom team and want to see how many girls may be interested in joining us! 🥎

If your daughter is interested in playing travel softball with Venom, please take a few minutes to fill out our 12U Interest Form. This will help us get an idea of numbers and start planning for the upcoming season.

Eligible Birthdates:
📅 September 1, 2013 – August 31, 2014

📅 Informational Meeting: September 20th
📍 Location & time: TBD

The meeting will be a chance to go over the team, expectations, potential schedule, costs, tournaments, and answer any questions parents may have.
