There are no new colors. There are only new ratios of the same few pigments.

Pilates works the same way. 34 exercises, done on the mat. Every apparatus that came after is those same shapes with springs added or taken away. The reformer did not invent a movement. It changed the proportion.

Pilates isn’t choreography. It’s problem-solving.

A body on the mat or apparatus is a physics question. Gravity is acting on it. Levers are doing what levers do. The exercise isn’t the answer - it’s the diagnostic. Your job as a teacher is to look at the body, name the problem, and choose the tool.

Most teacher trainings skip the part where you learn to think. doesn’t.
