Who are the Monks on a Mountain?
We are a group of like minded individuals who strive to become the greatest version of ourselves.
We believe helping each other evolve is essential to our own souls evolution.
We share our experiences, triumphs and failures in an attempt to help each other navigate this dual existence we live in.

Join us for a few hours of balancing the spiritual and physical existence. We'll begin with some stretching and light yoga then move into some meditation and then some breath work. Then, we'll engage in some Qi Gong and end with an ice plunge!

All are welcome to this "Beginner to Intermediate" level workshop.
