One year ago today… our very first session together. 🤍
What started as a client meeting has become so much more.
Over the past year, Seana has shown up for herself again and again. She stayed consistent, trusted the process, got stronger, and even followed me over to Club Pilates. Now I get to see her in my classes at both locations, which makes me smile every time she walks through the door.
As an instructor, watching someone commit to their health is incredibly rewarding. But gaining a wonderful friend along the way? That’s the real gift.
