A boundary is not:
“If you loved me, you would stop.”
“You need to change so I can feel safe.”
“If I say this perfectly, maybe he’ll finally understand.”
Those statements still make your peace dependent on his response.
A boundary sounds more like:
“If this happens, I will remove myself from the situation.”
“I’m no longer willing to participate in conversations where I’m being disrespected.”
“I love you, but I will not continue abandoning myself to keep this relationship comfortable.”
The purpose of a boundary isn’t to make him agree with you… It isn’t to make him understand your pain, apologize, or respond exactly how you hoped.
It’s to make your own next step clear.
He may become angry.
He may dismiss it.
He may test it.
He may respect it.
His response belongs to him.
Following through on what you said belongs to you.
You cannot control whether your boundary changes his behavior. But you can decide that his behavior will no longer determine whether you honor yourself.
That isn’t punishment.
That’s stewardship of the life, heart, and peace God entrusted to you. 🤍
Save this for the moment you’re tempted to explain your boundary one more time instead of honoring it.
If you’re ready to stop abandoning yourself just to keep the relationship peaceful, comment BOUNDARY and I’ll send you my free Clarity Quiz + 7-Day Reset to help you take your next step from clarity—not fear. 🤍

🕊️ Biblical truth + personal growth
🤍 Healing from the inside out
Your environment may explain how you feel—but it doesn’t get to decide who you become.
You may be living in circumstances you didn’t choose (or maybe you did). Surrounded by people who don’t understand you. Waiting for someone else to change. Trying to hear God clearly in an environment that feels heavy, confusing, or completely outside of your control.
But your environment doesn’t get the final say… God invites you into HIS environment, right where you are.
You may not be able to control what someone else does, but you can choose how you respond. You can ask:
What is God trying to teach me here?
What am I being invited to release?
Where do I need to grow?
What am I continuing to contribute to this cycle?
What change can I make, even if nothing around me changes yet?
That isn’t about blaming yourself for what someone else has done… It’s about remembering that you are not powerless.
And please don’t isolate yourself while you’re walking through it. The enemy wants you to believe you’re the only one struggling—that no one would understand and that you have to carry it quietly.
You don’t.
Find the women who will pray with you, remind you of the truth, and help you keep moving toward the woman God is calling you to become.
Your surroundings may feel uncertain, but your future is not determined by them.
God still gets the final say. 🤍
If you’ve been carrying a difficult season alone, let this be your reminder to stop disappearing inside of it. Comment “I’m still becoming” below—and let the women here remind you that you’re not walking through this alone. 🤍 xx
If you’re a Christian mama with a child in Pre-K–6th grade, you NEED to see this. 🥹😍✍🏼
Jackson’s A Reason For Handwriting workbook arrived just in time for school starting, and I am already obsessed!
It teaches the handwriting skills he needs—but instead of having him repeatedly copy random sentences, each week’s lessons are built around an age-appropriate Scripture verse. He’ll practice the verse throughout the week while developing his handwriting, then write it on a decorative page he can color and share.
So he isn’t only learning how to write beautifully… he’s spending the week reading, writing, and remembering God’s Word. 🤍 SO GREAT, right!?
This is exactly the kind of resource I want woven into our homeschool days: academically meaningful, easy to use, and centered on Jesus.
Comment “HANDWRITING” and I’ll send it to you! ✨

I’ve been in study mode lately…
Reading. Praying. Taking notes. Looking back at my own story.
And paying really close attention to the women God keeps putting in front of me who are walking through the same kinds of in-between seasons I once did.
The more I listened, the more I realized the resource I created before was helpful… but it didn’t go deep enough.
You don’t need another cute affirmation or another “just trust God” message.
You need help understanding:
Why am I stuck here?
What keeps repeating?
What is God trying to show me?
What actually needs to heal?
Who am I becoming through this?
And what do I do next?
So I rebuilt it… From the ground up.
And this version feels so much more like what I wish I had when I was in that season myself.
If you downloaded my original Clarity Quiz + Devotional, you’re going to want this one.
& If you’re thinking… “This is exactly where I am right now.”
I made this for you. 🤍
Comment “CLARITY” if you want me to make sure you get it. xx

For a long time, I misunderstood surrender.
I thought surrender meant staying quiet, tolerating everything, and waiting for God to change the situation.
But sometimes, that wasn’t surrender, it was fear.
I was afraid to face the truth. Afraid to set a boundary. Afraid of how someone might respond if I stopped accepting what was hurting me.
Real surrender isn’t abandoning your responsibility and calling it faith.
It’s releasing your need to control another person while taking responsibility for the life, healing, and choices God has entrusted to you.
You can pray for restoration and still have an honest conversation. You can forgive someone and still create a boundary. You can love deeply without continually abandoning yourself. You can trust God with the outcome while taking the next right step in obedience.
Surrender says:
“God, I cannot control what they choose—but I trust You enough to obey what You’re asking of me.”
That isn’t passivity.
That is faith in action. 🤍
