I was 2 years into my fitness journey, dedicated to the gym, committed to my fitness goals, up in the gym at 6 am, doing cardio 5 days a week, and Sundays were for meal prepping—I was married to the game 🫡
Two years of doing this, and no matter what, I just could not get rid of the ANNOYING last 10 lbs that just LOVED to hang out around my midsection 😒
My drive and discipline were there, but the results were not. The frustration and feeling of defeat really started to creep in, and I started feeling less and less motivated as the weeks went on - which was so not like me AT ALL
I was OVER feeling like I was just spinning my wheels and getting nowhere. I knew I was capable of the results I desired, but I was missing the MAIN piece of the puzzle to make it all happen…
I redirected my drive and commitment towards figuring out what I was missing to ditch the last 10 lbs that wouldn’t budge. It took lots of failed attempts, and I still encountered lots of frustration along the way 🫠
BUT once I FINALLY discovered what was missing which was ALL IN MY NUTRITION, not only did I drop the weight, I leveled up in a way I never thought possible on my fitness journey. I felt confident, strong, and unstoppable 🥹

Let’s take it back to the beginning. I was committed to my goals, consistent in the gym, and navigated my nutrition to the best of my ability (picking and choosing what I found on the internet)
After two years of being committed, I did not feel like my efforts reflected my results. I wasn’t any stronger in the gym, I didn’t feel any more “toned” or see muscle definition, and I still had lingering fat around my midsection 😵💫
I reached my limit. I was over seeing ZERO PROGRESS after all the energy I was pouring in, being SO dedicated yet seeing MINIMAL results. I decided to shift all my efforts to figuring out the right methods and strategies for nutrition that worked for me and my goals 😤
Let me tell you, the journey to finding the right methods that worked for me was messy and far from perfect. I came to the conclusion that I had been doing my NUTRITION ALL WRONG 🥴
For example, changing up my diet every couple of weeks if I didn’t see any changes, being super restrictive on what I allowed myself to eat, and constantly stressing about what I should or shouldn’t be eating 🤦🏻♀️
But once I FINALLY found the right methods that worked for me and my goals, and knew they were sustainable long-term, not only did my body transform with increased strength in the gym, but I also started seeing muscle definition, felt more “toned,” AND finally got rid of my lingering belly fat 🥹🙏🏼
The biggest win was having a sense of PEACE when it came to my nutrition. Nutrition was no longer a source of stress for me and never would be again 🥲

There came a point where I had to be honest with myself, I was doing everything right and still didn’t feel confident in my body 😵💫
I followed the plans.
Tracked the macros.
Trained hard.
Stayed consistent.
And yet… I constantly felt off.
Bloated. Drained. Self conscious. Like no matter what I wore or how hard I tried, I just didn’t feel like me. The frustrating part? I was one of the most disciplined people I knew. But my results didn’t match my effort 🫠
That’s when it finally hit me, it wasn’t a discipline problem. It was a strategy problem 👀
I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t slacking. I was just caught in a loop that wasn’t actually serving my body anymore. So I decided to stop pushing harder and start doing things smarter.
I began learning how to properly fuel my body, how to train with purpose (not punishment), and how to create a rhythm that fit my lifestyle instead of fighting against it.
That’s when everything changed my body, my mindset, my confidence 🥹
I stopped feeling like I was constantly at war with myself and finally started feeling aligned, energized, and proud of the woman I saw in the mirror. That’s what led me to become a coach because I know how many women are stuck where I used to be.
