The new moon invites us into a moment of stillness. a space to turn inward, release what has run its course, and create intention for the cycle ahead. this 90-minute immersive experience is designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic recalibration. the evening will begin with guided breath and intention setting before transitioning into a restorative acupuncture treatment rooted in traditional chinese medicine.
As you rest with the needles, you’ll be immersed in a live sound journey using crystal alchemy bowls, himalayan bowls, chimes, percussion, and other resonant instruments. acupuncture and sound work together to encourage the body out of habitual patterns of tension and into a deeper state of receptivity, creating space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
No previous experience with acupuncture, meditation, or sound is necessary. Simply come as you are.
