Winning Best Instructor on ClassPass for Los Angeles + Orange County wasn’t something I was expecting. I honestly didn’t even know the award existed until one of my clients congratulated me. 😂

But after 32 years in this industry, I do know that a great class doesn’t happen by accident.

It’s the planning. The playlist. The flow. The transitions. The confidence to walk into a room and own it. Knowing when to push, when to pull back, and how to make 50 minutes feel like an experience, not just another workout.

My classes are intense, they’re fun, and yes—they’re consistently full. But that took years of practice, learning, tweaking and figuring out what makes people want to come back again and again.
