Some say the Gi stuff only works when you're wearing it. Let's find out! Come out and roll in your street clothes that you don't mind getting messed up.

I will also be showing specific techniques on how to utilize street clothes to use gi chokes.

Let me see your most outrageous outfit and come have some fun for a good cause. Any donation to Garrett Nelson will get you in the door. Please like and share the flyer around so we can pack the house.

It’s about awareness, confidence, and knowing what to do when something goes wrong.

We’ll work through simple, practical self-defense techniques designed for real-world situations, regardless of your experience or fitness level.
