We are back!!! ⚾️🔥

13U Ohio Hitmen are ready for Year 3!

While many teams have been busy hosting tryouts and filling their rosters, our boys have been doing what summer is all about—fireworks, family vacations, fishing, whiffle ball, cosmic baseball and making memories. May have snuck in a baseball camp too….

And now… we’re excited to announce that our entire roster is returning! Yes all 11 are back!!!

Year 2 couldn’t have gone much better. The growth, development, and chemistry this team showed were incredible. The boys earned 30 wins, multiple tournament championships, and even finished the season ranked #30 in the state. We’re proud of everything they accomplished, but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead.

This group has earned the opportunity to build on that success together.

Well, that’s a wrap on the 2026 season!

This crew went toe-to-toe this weekend with some of the best AAA teams in Ohio at the USSSA Ohio State Championships. While our weekend came to an end a little sooner than we had hoped, what this group accomplished in just its second year together was nothing short of impressive.

⚾️ 30-Win Season

But the trophies and wins only tell part of the story.

Every player on this team grew—not only as a baseball player, but as a teammate, competitor, and young man. As coaches and parents, we couldn’t be more proud of the commitment, resilience, and heart these boys showed all season long.

This year, they chose the tougher path. They challenged themselves by competing in several Open-level tournaments against some great competition. They learned, they battled, they grew, and they proved they belong.

The future is incredibly bright for this group.

For now, enjoy a well-earned break, boys. You’ve earned it. But before long…it’s back to the lab.

The work never stops.

The boys did it! 🏆

4-0 on the weekend and Champions of the Licking County Select!

The championship game was a hard-fought battle against a talented Roundtown Elite squad, but the Hitmen found a way to get it done and brought home the hardware!

A huge congratulations to all of our players, and a special Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads who spend countless hours supporting these boys throughout the season. We appreciate everything you do!

2-0 in pool play today and the boys have put themselves in position for a top 1 or 2 seed heading into bracket play tomorrow!

🚨‼️ Bomb Squad Alert ‼️🚨

#16 – Big Fish Gannin C continues to stay red hot at the plate, launching two more bombs today for his 11th and 12th home runs of the season! The heater rolls on!

🎂 #18 – Birthday Boy Gavin H delivered the ultimate birthday present, crushing a walk-off, game-ending grand slam and finishing the day with an incredible 9 RBIs!

The bats are rolling, the energy is high, and the boys are playing great baseball at the right time.

One more day. One goal.

We may or may not sleepwalk through 8:00 AM games sometimes… but not today! 🥶🧊

The pregame ice bucket head dunk had the boys wide awake and ready to roll!

The Hitmen came out swinging and picked up the Game 1 pool play victory, 17-5! 💥⚾

Great energy from the first pitch and a complete team effort all around.

One down, more work to do. Let’s keep it rolling, boys!

The boys’ Pittsburgh trip came to an early end last Sunday, and they were more than ready to get back on the field tonight!

Somehow Mother Nature cooperated just enough for us to get this one in. The Hitmen came away with an 18-8 victory over our neighbors to the east!

💣 #16 - Mac C launched his 8th dinger of the season!

💣 #44 - Kannon R stayed hot, blasting his 5th and 6th home runs of the year!

💣 #18 - Gavin H joined the party with his 3rd home run of the season!

And let’s not forget what happened in Pittsburgh on Saturday and Sunday…

💣 #16 - Gannin C continued his power surge, collecting his 8th, 9th, and 10th home runs of the season over the weekend! (4 total in the tournament)

The bats are rolling at the right time. Let’s keep them hot as we head into another tournament weekend.

Friday pool play is off to a great start for the Hitmen boys, going 2-0 on the day with wins over teams from Canada and Virginia! 💪⚾

‼️🚨 Bomb Squad Alert 🚨‼️

Game 1
💣 #44 Kannon R got the party started with a 2-run bomb in the bottom of the 1st inning.
💣 #18 Gavin H matched the fireworks with a 2-run blast of his own in the bottom of the 3rd.

Game 2
💣 #3 Jackson F broke a scoreless tie in the 4th inning with a clutch 2-run shot to put the Hitmen on top for good.

Today’s success was a complete team effort. Great pitching, defense, timely hitting, and energy from every player contributed to a perfect day on the diamond.

The boys are back in action tomorrow to wrap up pool play and continue their run at the Diamond Klassic.

Night 1 in Pittsburgh was awesome! ⚾️🔥

Pizza with the team, big league baseball, a Shohei bomb, fireworks lighting up the sky, a school bus ride through the city, and memories that will last a lifetime with our Hitmen family.

The boys are making the most of every moment—on and off the field. Now it’s time to get some rest and get ready for pool play!

⚾️ Pittsburgh Bound! ⚾️

The Hitmen boys and families are headed to Pittsburgh tomorrow for a fun filled weekend! The boys are competing in the Diamond Klassic, featuring teams from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Canada.

Before tournament play begins, the team will take in some big-league action Thursday night at PNC Park for Dodgers vs. Pirates.

Pool play starts Friday morning!
