Another great day in J A ๐ฏ๐ฒ jamaaiiicaaaa land we loveeee! Got to visit Cane River Falls ๐ง๐ฆ even though Jamaica is currently experiencing a drought so there werenโt as many falls as there typically are, I still loved it! Waterfalls + swimming and just amongst the rocks, i loved it. ๐๐ Bob Marley apparently visited these falls often. that ๐ฅญ and ๐ฅ were everything and i had the BEST time in Latonya Style DanceJa๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฒ dancehall dance cardio class YAHSUH FITBOX !!

Grateful to have gotten a preview of Yoga Aฬngels International retreat home in St. Thomas, Jamaica ๐ฏ๐ฒ beachfront properties are my favorite and she is creating a beautiful wellness space here. The food, beach and VYBZ were immaculate Jah Jah sent for sure!! BIG UP YA SELF! I cyah wait to come back! She officially opens September 1st !
This Mermaid ๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ is finally back where she belongs ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ and eatingggg the white part of the watermelon and all!! There are lots of nutrients in the rind (the white part), donโt miss out!

A night at the museum! Brooklyn Museum first Saturday Caribbean theme was lit! Good music and dancing, my vibeeee! I was very into the dj, drummer and tambourine player they had!! Subway DJ kept the vybz high with music playing outside after, i loved it. Obvi with my bestie in crime Big Al ๐ซ happy emancipation day ๐ฏ๐ฒ!
