Cheers to Don and Aaron for an awesome race at the NYRR Start Line Queens 3 Mile last Saturday!

Both of them ran personal bests.

For the past several weeks, they’ve been meeting every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 AM, putting in the miles together with early morning runs to Queensbridge Park. Those early alarms, consistent training, and hard work paid off.

Hard work and consistency never lie.

This is only the beginning. Aaron is now focused on his half marathon, while Don continues training for HYROX and his first Ironman. Looking forward to seeing what’s next.
