Seven days. The worst of it is behind you. What comes after that is everything.
Ten days. Double digits. You showed up every single day even when it was hard and you are not the same person you were ten days ago. That is worth recognizing. Drop JOMO10 if you're still in it.
Don't confuse comfortable with done. Day 21 is the middle of the rewiring not the end of it.
The shaking. The sweating. The racing heart. The insomnia. That's not damage. That's recovery. Your body knows exactly what it's doing on day 3 but if you are feeling really off getting hallucinations or delirium tremors, make sure you go to the doctor. Don’t be too proud to ask for help.
You made it through the worst week. Don’t let week 2 be the one that gets you.
Day 5 your liver starts catching up. Your cortisol comes down. Your brain starts producing dopamine on its own again. That fog starts lifting. Your body has been fighting for you this whole time.
