It’s normal to want to scale. I’ve heard that it’s common practice to work less in the business.
F**k that.
This is what I love to do; this is who I am. I want to be on the field coaching as much as possible. It’s the only way to grow as a coach. Every session is a new opportunity to problem-solve. Every session is an opportunity to grow with the athletes I am fortunate to coach.
There is a standard here, and it takes a specific type of human to want to be a part of what we do because the standard is always protected; no matter who, no matter what.
I am forever grateful for every athlete, and every parent of those athletes, who chooses to spend their time with us. I am forever grateful for the relationships we continue to build. I have love for each and every one of you, and I love and am proud of each of you for your commitment.
Consistency is hard, but it’s the only way.

Great tool to win vertically versus off inside leverage:
Rocker step to present glance/in-break
• maintain speed by gaining ground in rocker
• 2 consecutive pressure steps; push, don’t slam
• clear hands on exit, separate prior to tracking
