神田外語大学国際コミュニケーション学科2年の小川善司です。現在、大学で英語とビジネスについて学んでおり、サッカービジネスに強い関心があります。このインターンシップでは、スポーツビジネスが実際に動く現場を肌で学び、いつか日本のサッカーを世界一にしたいと考えています。よろしくお願いいたします。

I'm Zenji Ogawa, a second-year student in International Communication at Kanda University of International Studies, where I'm studying English and business. I have a strong interest in the football business. Through this internship, I want to see firsthand how the sports business really works — with the ambition of one day making Japanese football the best in the world. I'm looking forward to working with you all.

幼少期から人生の一部であるサッカーを通じて、仲間と同じ目標に向かって努力を継続する力、リーダーシップを培いました。またアメリカでの大学サッカー経験から、言語や文化の違いにも適応し、様々な失敗と成功を重ねてきました。これまでのサッカー経験を通して培ったものをスポーツビジネスの観点に落とし込み、Blue Unitedの一員としてがんばります。よろしくお願いします。

Soccer has been a huge part of my life since childhood. Through playing soccer in both Japan and the United States, I have developed strong skills in consistency, teamwork, and leadership. Also, I have adapted to a different culture and language through studying abroad in the United States. At Blue United, I hope to apply the values and experiences I have gained through soccer to the sports business industry. I am excited to learn, contribute to the team, and continue growing as both a professional and an individual. I look forward to doing my best as a member of Blue United.

Blue United Corporation is pleased to announce that its professional esports team, Blue United eFC, achieved a historic double podium finish at the Esports Nations Cup 2026 (EA SPORTS FC Division) North Asia Playoff (Regional Qualifier), held from August 8 to 9, 2026. In a monumental feat for the club, youxme (Shusei Mukasa) won the championship and Tsakt (S***a Sato) secured the runner-up position.
With this regional championship victory, youxme has officially earned the final qualification spot to represent Japan at the inaugural Esports Nations Cup 2026 Finals, scheduled to take place this November in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

「Blue United eFC」は、2026年8月8日（土）から9日（日）に開催された国際eスポーツ大会「Esports Nations Cup 2026（EA SPORTS FC部門）」の北アジアプレイオフ（Regional Qualifier）において、所属の youxme（武笠 秀星）選手が優勝、Tsakt（佐藤 翔太）選手が準優勝となり、本大会において優勝・準優勝の独占を達成いたしました。
この結果、北アジア王者に輝いた youxme選手が、2026年11月にサウジアラビア・リヤドで開催される第1回世界大会「Esports Nations Cup 2026」への日本代表としての出場権を獲得いたしました。

Seeing young professionals who have moved on from our team grow in their own careers and then come back to visit is always something I truly appreciate. To me, it’s a sign that we built our relationship on mutual respect, not just work.

The relationships we build shouldn’t end when someone leaves an organization. If we can continue to support each other’s growth, celebrate each other’s successes, and work together again when the opportunity arises, everyone benefits.

Wherever we work, that’s the kind of environment we want to help create.

When we focus only on our own interests, we rarely build anything that lasts. We believe the most meaningful professional relationships are the ones that continue long after people move on.

ワールドカップでのミッションを無事に終えた元スタッフのKarimが訪ねてきてくれました。

こうして巣立っていった若い仲間たちが、それぞれの場所で経験を積み、また顔を見せに来てくれることは、本当に嬉しいことです。それは、お互いをリスペクトしながら一緒に仕事ができていた証でもあるのだと思います。

人とのつながりは、会社にいる間だけのものではありません。場所や立場が変わっても、お互いの成長を喜び合い、必要なときにはまた力を合わせられる。そんな関係こそが、一人ひとりをさらに成長させてくれるのではないでしょうか。

どこで働くとしても、そんな関係を築ける仕事をしていきたいと思います。

自分の利益だけを追い求めても、長く続く信頼は生まれません。本当に価値のあるプロフェッショナルな関係とは、組織を離れた後も続いていくものだと信じています。
