Meet Coach Teon.

With 13 years of Boxing experience, Teon leads our Teens Boxing. He teaches 2 Beginner’s Boxing Classes a week (Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm, Intro to Sparring on Saturdays at 10am & Boxing Conditioning on Sundays at 11am).

His focus is simple: Building strong fundamentals, teach proper technique & help everyone develop confidence from day one.

Whether it’s your first time putting on gloves or looking to sharpen your skills. Coach Teon is here to help you level up.

Every client is matched with a coach based on their goals and what they’re looking to accomplish. This is the guide we use to make those matches.

We don’t expect to get it perfect every time. If another coach’s style ends up being a better fit, we’ll make the switch. The goal isn’t to pair you with a coach—it’s to pair you with your coach.
