We were invited to the book launch event "The Pressure Code" by Jason Stacy (Jason Stacy | The Pressure Code), followed by a Q&A and meet-and-greet. 

If you know Aryna Sabalenka, you may know Jason. For the past eight years, he has worked with Aryna as her high-performance coach, focusing on mental and physical conditioning.

It was an inspiring, grounding, and humbling evening. Jason exudes passion and positivity. His stories and words resonated deeply. We can't wait to read his book "The Pressure Code," which comes out on September 8th, during the US Open quarterfinals, and the foreword was written by Aryna herself. 

One of our main takeaways from the evening was - paraphrasing: "You don't rise to the occasion; you fall to the level of your code." Your "code" is your internal operating system: the values that guide you, the habits you worked hard to build, and the systems you practice until they become automatic. Essentially, if you want to perform better under pressure, you can’t simply “try harder” in the moment; you have to shape your default response through the work you put in every day.
