okay so this season has genuinely been a lot.
Lot of learning, frustration, growing pains and thrills.
the podcast thing i kept saying iâd do âeventuallyâ â i actually did it.
So proud and so grateful for the opportunities it opened up for me.
thereâs always this stretch before anything makes sense, right, where youâre just frustrated and stuck and you have zero proof any of itâs gonna work out.
and then somehow, without you even noticing it happening, it just opens into something you couldnât have planned for.
i think thatâs kind of the whole thing though.
most of life is unknown, way more than we like to admit.
and maybe the actual beauty of it is to express your truth, your innate nature and potential in this âunknownâ
I am on this journey.. super intentional and excitedâ€ïž
⊠and, thank you for being with me on this journey. I really really appreciate it.

AI isnât coming for your job. Itâs coming for your excuses.
In this podcast, Dr. Ranjit Tinaikar â former CEO of Ness Digital Engineering (acquired by KKR) and host of Newsweekâs AI Impact Forum â joins True Power to unpack what it really takes to stay relevant, resilient, and human in the age of AI.
From growing up in scarcity-era India to leading a global tech company through COVID, a cyberattack, and a private equity acquisition, Dr. Tinaikar shares hard-earned lessons on leadership under pressure, why âaccidental CEOsâ often outperform planned ones, and why he chose to become a student again at the peak of his career.
We dive deep into:
â Why AI wonât eliminate jobs â but will eliminate outdated skills
â The real reason most AI pilots never scale in enterprises
â What separates a âdeveloperâ from an âengineerâ in the AI era
â Why healthy stress fuels entrepreneurs â and unhealthy stress destroys them
â Lessons from leading through COVID, a cyberattack, and a hostile takeover
â What his parents taught him that shaped his leadership style
â Why resilience â not talent â is the #1 trait of successful entrepreneurs
â His candid take on AI native companies, Jevons Law, and enterprise adoption
If youâre an entrepreneur, employee, or leader trying to figure out where you fit in the AI-driven economy, this conversation will change how you think about risk, reskilling, and what âtrue powerâ really means.
