Meet Anna Carlson 👋
CSCS | USAT Associate Coach | Strength & Endurance Specialist
Anna brings 30 years of endurance experience, a background as an NCAA Division I athlete (Davidson College — track & cross country captain), and was an oncology nurse practitioner.
She’s worked with everyone from beginners to competitive athletes across triathlon, run training, HIIT, and more. Her approach is simple: meet people where they are, build strength that lasts.
We’re so glad to have her on the team. 🙌

Turn your daily routine into a mini workout! While brushing your teeth, stand tall and slowly lift your heels off the ground, balancing on the balls of your feet. Pause at the top for a second, then lower back down with control. Repeat until you're done brushing! 🦷✨
