Mobility isn’t just about flexibility, it’s freedom, confidence and learning to move with your body instead of against it. The better we move the more we get to keep doing to do what we love. You bet your ass I wanna keep moving for a very long time!
Celebrated Pride at HQ in Portland to move together, be ourselves authentically and unapologetically, and finally realize that we are not alone and we are all in this planet together. This one felt like a trip home to ourselves.

After throwing it back and waayyy back in the Les Mills Dance/BodyJam class, I needed a moment to recollect myself before jumping into the last class of the day. I am fully recovered and ready to go!
