Every assessment starts with understanding how your body moves.
One of the first areas I evaluate is the relationship between the pelvis, SI joints, and hips—not because everyone needs to be perfectly symmetrical, but because movement tells a story.
I’m looking at how your body distributes force, where it compensates, and how different areas work together during movement.
Those findings help us create a program that’s individualized to your body, your goals, and your needs.

10–20 minutes with your legs up the wall can be a simple way to slow down, support circulation, reduce the feeling of heavy legs, and give your body a chance to relax and recover.

Water is involved in nearly every system in the body—from helping regulate your temperature and transport nutrients to supporting your brain, digestion, and joints.
Even relatively small fluid losses can affect how you feel and perform, especially during exercise or in hot environments.
Hydration needs aren’t the same for everyone. Activity level, temperature, body size, diet, and how much you sweat can all influence how much fluid you need.
Think of hydration as part of your daily foundation for feeling and functioning your best.

Often times we may think that we can blame ignorance for the decisions we make in life when it comes to our health and it is a good enough excuse. And as long as we are staying away from the more commonly harmful substances like drugs and alcohol that we are living a healthy lifestyle.
Unfortunately, nowadays it isn’t good enough to just keep it at a basic level. There is far more research and information out there about the impact that foods and substances such as sugars have on the body. In one way, it’s just as bad and addictive as the aforementioned drugs and alcohol.
If you’re looking to take your health to another level, you should start doing deeper research on these topics and/or working with someone who has. You’re responsible for the decisions you make, no one else.
Your body thrives on variety.
Staying in one position for hours—whether you’re sitting or standing—can leave your joints feeling stiff and your muscles working harder than they need to.
Movement breaks don’t have to be long to be effective.
A few minutes of walking, stretching, or a few squats throughout the day can help improve circulation, encourage healthy joint movement, and keep your body moving the way it was designed to.
Sometimes the smallest habits create the biggest changes.
Move often. Your body will thank you.
Training the diaphragm can help you breathe more efficiently, move with greater control, and create a better connection between your breath and your body.

Ever experience a situation that is beyond your control and you get frustrated anyway? Imagine taking a step back and coming to grips with the fact that what’s happening is happening, you cannot control that, however, you can control how you react or respond to it. And how you react or respond to it can impact you positively or negatively. Which response would you choose? Most likely the positive one, yea?
Well that positive response would be to let it go, focus on what you actually can do about the situation (if even necessary) and put your efforts into that. You can also choose to just let it go completely, if possible, and move on with your life.
This way you can protect your energy, keep your emotions balanced, and also maintain a good hormonal balance, which will help you from making poor decisions after that.
Try this out the next time you are triggered by a situation.
Your body adapts to what you do most.
Spending hours looking down at your phone doesn’t automatically create pain, but it can influence how your head, shoulders, rib cage, and spine move over time.
The solution isn’t to avoid technology—it’s to give your body the proper movement to create balance and restore posture.
Regular movement, strength, mobility, and awareness help your body adapt to more than just one position and experience alignment.
