Since beginning her training, Cassidy has already began to develop a stronger sense of confidence here at Legacy Martial Arts Center! We are sure that as she continues to take classes daily, her self-defense skills, and life skills, will continue to rise. Keep it up, Cassidy! 💯

Cassidy was invited to start training by her awesome older sister, Mavis, and Cassidy is now part of our newest program called Lil’ Cubs, geared for students who are 3, 4 & 5 years old. This class focuses on teaching the little ones basic motor skills as well as the fundamentals of Martial Arts.

LMAC Pride 🦁 Let’s kick off our theme weeks the right way by showing off our 🎆 American 🇺🇸 Pride 🎇 by wearing a Red, White & Blue Shirt for classes this week‼️

🙏🏼 We ask that all participating students still wear their regular Legacy Dobok Training Pants, Belt & Training Sneakers, only wearing Red, White & Blue as a shirt.

All students who participate will earn themselves a Lion Stripe on their belt as well as credit towards our ☀️ Summertime Strongman Challenge 💪🏼

LMAC Pride 🦁 join us in welcoming one of our newest Adult students to , Luis!

Luis joined us for our Super Dad Day Challenge Event, and then took advantage of our Free Month for Dads training, as he is the father of our awesome student, Nicholas, and step-father to our long-time 3rd Degree Black Belt student, Erik! Luis has had so much fun so far as well as made new friends since beginning his training here!

When he first arrived, he immediately felt the support and enthusiasm from all of his classmates, making his training experience feel incredible 👏🏼

During his Adult Strong Classes, Luis gets to focus on relieving stress, learning vital self-defense skills to help protect his family, staying fit and healthy, and most of all: having FUN during time dedicated just for him! Added bonus: he gets to train right alongside his incredible wife, Stacy, who is a Green Belt in our Adult Strong Program 💯

Luis is now part of the fastest growing Martial Arts school has to offer, and we couldn’t be happier for him as he embarks on this journey towards Black Belt Empowerment & Beyond.
