FLOW LAB: From Moves to Movement

A Guided Pole Workshop Series
This is not a freestyle class.

Flow Lab is a structured, supportive workshop series focused on learning how to connect pole moves into fluid movement. Instead of prompts or self-led exploration, you’ll be guided step by step through how to build transitions using the moves you already know.

Each class centers on 1–2 moves. Together, we’ll slow down, pause at the end of each movement, and explore where the body naturally lands—and what can come next. You’ll learn a simple, repeatable method for creating flow that you can apply to future moves with confidence.

No pressure. No “just dance.”
Just clear guidance and practical tools for building movement.
