Mondays we have Handstands with Joy at 6pm followed by ground Ninja at 7:30 with Richie Maguire!

We are so excited to host Kimber Brenneman and Noah Vegh-Gaynor Cosmic Fit Club in Greenpoint Brooklyn for a beginner friendly Icarian or acroyoga “popping” workshop in three days on Saturday, August 15th from 1:00pm-3:00pm!
