NEW YORK TRIATHLON

What's up, everyone! I hope this summer heat isn't getting to you too much. 😮🔥

July is a slower month for us, but we're definitely not slowing down. Behind the scenes, we're busy preparing some of our biggest and most exciting races of the season!

One event we're especially looking forward to is the 41st Annual New York City Duathlon on August 23. Our last race in Central Park was back in March when the weather was much cooler. This time, we'll be racing through Central Park in the middle of summer.

Whether you're chasing a personal best, racing your first duathlon, or just looking for an incredible morning in one of the world's most iconic parks, we'd love to have you join us.

Henry Hudson Drive is no joke. With its rolling hills and challenging terrain, it tested every athlete from start to finish. Everyone did an incredible job out on the course, and we couldn't be more proud of all of your performances. 💪

Wow! What an amazing race day we had yesterday at the 4th Annual Palisades Park Triathlon/Duathlon on June 28! 🔥 We couldn't have asked for more perfect race day weather. 🌞

This race has always been very special to us because it's our only race outside of NYC. Who knows, maybe we'll host more races in New Jersey in the future! 😊 It is truly a pleasure to race in the beautiful Palisades Interstate Park, and we'd like to thank the Palisades Interstate Park Commission for granting us the permit to host this event.

A huge thank you to the Northvale Volunteer Ambulance Corps for providing medical support throughout the race. We'd also like to thank our outstanding Federal lifeguards, Dariusz and his crew, for ensuring everyone had a safe swim.

Finally, thank you to all of our incredible volunteers and hardworking course marshals for keeping everyone safe, especially in and around the transition area. Events like this simply wouldn't be possible without your dedication.
