First we held his hand. Now we watch him walk on his own. 🎓
Congratulations, Xavier! You’ve earned this moment and every chapter that comes after it. Step into your independence with confidence, knowing the love and support behind you never runs out. So proud of you little man. 🫶🏾

You’re not where you want to be. Look at your choices.
Every day you make small decisions that feel insignificant in the moment, what you eat, whether you move, what you consume, how you spend your time.
None of them feel like they matter. Until they do.
The gap between who you are and who you want to be isn’t talent, time, or luck.
It’s the choices that added up while you weren’t paying attention.
The 3 areas compounding right now:
How you move it
What you feed your mind
What you put in your body

Forget the 5am routine. Forget the cold plunge.
The best reset is a flight home. 🇩🇴
Family, mom’s cooking, no notifications, and a reminder of what actually matters.

This weekend, I lost my Grandma . 98 years of pure love, wisdom, and grace and she left us exactly the way she lived: peacefully, in her bed, with a smile on her face. Like she already knew, and she was at peace with it. Her way of telling us to trust in God’s plan, just like she always did.
I was lucky enough to grow up by her side for a few years as a child, and she loved me like I was one of her own. We all called her Mami because that’s exactly what she was. Not just to her family, but to everyone around her.
If I could say one last thing to her, it would be this:
Gracias por tu amor, por tu comprensión y todas las lecciones que me diste. Por los corazones que ayudaste a unir a Niurkis 😘. Te pido perdón por no venir más temprano a verte como lo han hecho todos estos últimos años, pero estaba en mis planes. Que Dios te acompañe y te tenga siempre cerca de Él. Te quiero, mi Mami.
Rest easy. 🤍

This is what it looks like when people decide to show up for themselves. My job is just to make sure the room is worth showing up to.
