A health goddess, some may say 😌

And nope… I didn’t gain any weight either.

I made time for my workouts and stayed consistent with my plan.

We walked a ton.

I kept water with me everywhere we went.

I ate when I was hungry and stopped when I was full.

I didn’t feel pressured to clean my plate.

You don’t have to be perfect to be fit.

You can enjoy fun foods, live your life, and still have balance.✨

I never want to feel like I did that summer again.

I remember feeling so uncomfortable in my own body. I wanted to hide or cover up and wear baggy clothes.

I was working out all the time, doing everything I thought I was supposed to do… but the scale just kept creeping up.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was just working out to see how many calories I could burn, not building a lean body that I felt good in.

Everything changed when I shifted how I trained. I stopped chasing exhaustion and started focusing on building muscle.

And actually focusing on nutrition that complimented my goals, instead of just “eating healthy”.

That’s when things finally started to click and my body started responding.

Over time, I turned that whole experience into a simple blueprint I now use with my clients so they don’t have to go through the same guessing game I did.
