That verse came to mind the moment I sat down to this plate, smoked salmon, a perfectly poached egg, avocado on sourdough, and a crisp colorful salad. Prepared with love by my cousin Princess Lisa. That little corner frame says everything. 🥹

This is what true wealth looks like. Not the heaviness of indulgence, but the lightness of nourishing your body well. No guilt. No regret. Just clean, vibrant, life-giving food doing exactly what God designed it to do.
