Everyone wants sustainable results … but most of the advice online still pushes extreme solutions. 👩🏽💻❌😶🌫️
As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve found that lasting progress usually comes from doing *less* of what’s flashy and *more* of what actually works.

Years ago I thought healthy living had to be all-or-nothing. (AD)
✔️ Perfect supplements.
✔️ Perfect meals.
✔️ Perfect routines.
Now I focus way more on consistency!
Do I still think capsules are often the “best” option for vitamins? Sure.
But if the choice is between a gummy vitamin or taking nothing at all … I’ll take the gummy every time. (And you better believe this is the *only* way my son will take them, too.) 😂
And when it comes to gummies, ingredient quality matters to me. This is why NOW Foods has been one of my go-to brands for years.
Lately we’ve been using their new Vitamin C gummies for immune support, while Scott has been taking the Vitamin D3 gummies to support his overall nutrition and bone health.*
Also, can we talk about how NYC weather has gone from coats to summer to rain in like 4 days? Our bodies are TIRED. 😅
So let this be your reminder that sustainable habits will always beat perfect habits - especially during busy seasons, stressful weeks, travel, schedule changes, or honestly … when life is just life.
Here’s an easy strategy you can implement today! ☀️🍊🤍🌻🌧️

The “best” diet is the one you can *actually* stick with long term.
❌ Not the most restrictive.
❌ Not the trendiest.
❌ Not the one that makes you miserable.
🍦 Small, sustainable habits may not feel flashy … but they’re usually what lead to lasting results.
Save this for your reminder that consistency >>> extremes. ✨

Over a year ago, I shared a reel about “meeting my younger self for coffee.” ☕️💞
At the time, it felt like a simple reflection on burnout, growth, and slowing down … but I always knew there was more to the story.
And now, I finally wrote it. 👩🏽💻🕊️
I still don’t have life figured out (and probably never will), but I’m learning that peace was never waiting on the other side of control … it was always in the letting go.
In slowing down, being present, and seeing life a little more through my son’s eyes … where everything is new, nothing needs to be rushed, and the simple moments are usually the most important ones.
I think the younger version of me really needed this reminder, tbh.

Can you eat after 8 p.m. and still hit your goals? 🥨🍿👀
YES. 🙌🏼
Late-night eating usually isn’t the problem, it’s more about *what* you’re eating and whether you’re *fueling* yourself well throughout the day first.
If nighttime cravings hit hard, ask yourself:
✔️ Enough protein?✔️ Balanced meals?✔️ Enough fiber?✔️ Restricting too much?
And if you’re on track with all of those points above and still hungry at night … it’s okay to eat.
That’s your body telling you it needs something. 💞
