I don't know if people ever look at this page, BUT--I am teaching a Friday night class beginning March 16th at 6:30pm, and I would love to see any of my old FC friends there. It's by donation. Please RSVP to me as space is limited, or better yet, just leave a comment on my blog below.

Dear FC Community - As most of you know... we have moved locations. I could not take all of the mats that were left behind with me to the new studio spot. If you left a mat behind at FC and want it, pleas e-mail or FB me by end of April. I have about 60 mats at my apartment and they will be donated at end of month if not claimed! Thanks, Shannon :)
