What if the moment you think nothing is changing is actually part of how change happens? đ
Something fascinating has been showing up as we move toward this Full Moon in Pisces Partial Lunar Eclipse:
Identity change.
Over the years, Iâve noticed a pattern. Sometimes, just as someone gets close to the shift theyâve been asking for, they pull away.
They decide nothing is working. Or they experience a breakthrough and realize that becoming that version of themselves might require other parts of their life to change too.
Iâve had people return months later and tell me: I never stopped thinking about this work. But some part of me knew that if I really committed to it, things were going to fundamentally changeâand I donât think I was ready.
Because transformation isn't always instantaneous. Often, it's cyclical.
We experience a breakthroughâa moment when an old pattern loosens and we experience freedom, possibility, relief, or clarity.
And then sometimes we dip back into the old pattern.
That doesn't necessarily mean the transformation failed.
That new experience has given your system a reference pointâa felt sense of where it can go. Now it has a target around which healing and change can begin to organize.
Our identities don't exist in isolation. They're woven into our relationships, habits, work, nervous systems, environments, and the structures we've built around who we've been. Sometimes we need time to develop the resources, bandwidth, and infrastructure capable of sustaining who we're becoming.
Transformation needs integration.
And that's what feels particularly meaningful about this Full Moon in Pisces Partial Lunar Eclipse.
Instead of deciding, This moon is about identity change, so I need to make myself transform, what if we asked:
Where is transformation already happening?
Where might you be mistaking another turn through an old pattern for failure?
What if, instead of forcing yourself forward, you allowed the natural rhythms around you to support what's already unfolding?
Maybe completion isn't about making something happen.
Maybe it's about creating enough space for the next version of your life, work, and leadership to become sustainable.

The future of coaching isnât about accumulating more tools. Itâs about becoming more skillful at using the capacities that make human coaching uniquely powerful.
Attune Coach Academy is dedicated to professional development for coaches who want to deepen their presence, strengthen their intuition, navigate uncertainty with greater confidence, and create meaningful, sustainable impactâfor their clients and within their own businesses.
Our programs bring together neuroscience, intuition, peak performance, and the ICF Core Competencies to explore not only what great coaching looks like, but who we become as we embody it.
As AI continues to change how we access information, I believe the distinctly human dimensions of coaching become even more valuable: presence, discernment, attunement, curiosity, insight, and the ability to recognize what may not yet be obvious.
Thatâs the work weâre here to explore.

Something dynamic has been showing up in sessions lately, and I want to share what's been illuminating for me too.
We're coming out of a Full Moon in Aquarius, in the eleventh house, carrying that theme of transmuting and transforming detrimental energy interference. The kind of dark, invisible weight that's been quietly running in the background.
And now with today's New Moon in Leo Solar Eclipse, ruled by the sun, there's a theme of energetic radiance that comes through the process of individuation. The sun as the archetype can burn off the refuse of the old, to be recycled into something with new energy and new vitality.
What I keep noticing, in sessions and in myself, is the identity shift this creates. We go from identifying with the version of us that lives inside those old strongholds, those invisible electric fences built from emotional and energetic patterns that hold us back, to suddenly recognizing the version of us that can breathe. That has mobility. That has creative power.
Around 2015, I started to move away from the word healing in my work and started working with alchemy and manifestation instead. I find it's a more empowering framework, even though healing is absolutely what's occurring underneath it. Clients tend to identify with healing as something hard, something you strive toward and fix. Alchemy and manifestation, on the other hand, feels fun. Creative. It gives us back our creator power, our ability to transmute and transform, our capacity to become.
During this cycle, you might notice something settling. Not chasing where you want to be, or what you want to create, as if it's out there somewhere. But actually feeling the mirroring of the world around you, showing you just how far you've already come.
I love being reminded of that through my sessions with clients.
It's through this work that these cosmic cycles come alive for me, bringing my awareness to dynamics I might not have noticed otherwise. Doing this work is what keeps me connected to that energy. It keeps me grounded. And I'm so grateful for that.

Many people become frustrated because they expect change after only a few weeks.
But research has shown that lasting habits require far more than 21 days. On average, it takes about 66 days before new behaviors become automatic.
That means every day you choose to keep going, even when it's difficult, you're investing in your future self.
Progress may feel slow today, but one day you'll look back and realize those small daily actions changed everything.
Comment "PEAK" if you're committed to playing the long game.

Most people fail because they think missing a day means they've ruined everything.
That's simply not true.
Building habits is a process, and research shows it takes an average of 66 days before behaviors become automatic.
Missing one day doesn't erase your progress.
Quitting does.
Keep moving forward, one decision at a time.
If you're building habits that will change your life, comment "PEAK" and keep going.

We've all heard the saying that it takes 21 days to build a habit. It's repeated so often that many people assume something is wrong if a new routine still feels difficult after three weeks.
The truth is, research found that it takes an average of 66 days for a habit to become automatic. Some people formed habits in as little as 18 days, while others took more than 200. It all depends on the individual and the habit itself.
So if you're still reminding yourself to exercise, eat healthier, or wake up earlier after a month, don't get discouraged. Every time you show up, you're strengthening the habit.
If you're ready to stop chasing shortcuts and start building habits that truly last, comment "PEAK" below.

Starting my day with Rose's kind words about the book. Thank you, Rose.
I wrote The Energy Intelligent Business for conscious leaders who feel the pull between doing what's "right" and honoring how they're actually wired to work.
If that tension sounds familiar, I think you'll find yourself in these pages.
Thank you, Rose, for reading my book and sharing it with your people. I'm so glad you're finding it helpful, and I hope it inspires anyone who reads it to think differently about how excellence doesn't require exhaustion.

If you're in the middle of a big goal, don't focus on the finish line just yet. Instead, create a mini finish line that's only two weeks away. A shorter target feels more achievable and gives you something meaningful to work toward right now.
Breaking large goals into smaller milestones keeps your momentum strong, builds confidence with every win, and makes steady progress easier to maintain. Each milestone is proof that you're moving forward, even if the ultimate goal still feels far away.
Success isn't built in one giant leap. It's built through consistent progress, one milestone at a time.
Comment "PEAK" below, and I'll send you practical strategies to break big goals into achievable milestones and keep your momentum strong all the way to the finish.
