Outside of every cell there is a structure of collagen fibers proteins. It is like a tree with threats and every threat is really strong. 3000 amino acids. Stronger than steel.
Also Fascia is the fluid flow between all these networks.
It is: The network, threat and the flow that goes through it. Where everything happens in the body. Including what you think and eat.
The fascia shows that there is not actual separation between body and mind.
