Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint! Change is difficult and can be frustrating especially when we don’t see the results right away.



This is a special post because I get to highlight and congratulate an amazing client in on her hard work. She has been on a journey since 2018 trying to find the formula that works best for her. She has always been very strong and athletic even before we started working together.



2020 has forced us inside and to change our habits even if we didn’t want too. Mollie took the opportunity to make positive change for herself. She has stayed consistent with preparing and making meals at home, stayed active and rested when needed, and is staying on top of her strength training. Since January she is down 30+lbs. and stronger than ever!(absolute beast on leg days)



So remember, results don’t happen right away. Stay positive and look for the opportunities change can bring out in you!
