12 wonderful days of learning and teaching just concluded this week in the studio,
with the completion of June 2026 GYROTONIC®️ Foundation Course.
Learning, sharing, studying and observing, turned into teaching and becoming apprentices.

The course taught by our Specialized Master Trainer Maria Holm Maria Holm here at GYROTONIC®️ Soho - Movement Beyond Movement Beyond NYC.
