Looking for Breathwork Volunteers
I’m looking for a few volunteers to experience a guided breathwork session as I continue developing and refining my classes.
Benefits of breathwork may include:
* Reducing stress and anxiety
* Improving focus and mental clarity
* Releasing tension stored in the body
* Promoting relaxation and better sleep
* Helping you feel more grounded and connected
Requirements:
* Not pregnant
* No history of high blood pressure, heart disease, or asthma
* Comfortable being recorded for educational/content purposes (your face does not need to be shown)
The session can take place at my Pilates studio or in your home—whichever environment feels safest and most comfortable for you.
