I'm taking my supplements now before my workout
These are glorious. I can do 2 sessions a day with minimal soreness. And I feel a surge of energy and motivation 15-20 min after taking. Let me know if you want details by commenting or DMing

Google just labeled me a Top Rated Specialist for Plus Size Fitness…

and this is exactly why this work matters. 💛

A question I hear a lot:

“Is walking enough if I weigh 300 pounds?”

Walking is a GREAT start.

Please don’t let anybody tell you it doesn’t count.

It counts.

It helps your stamina.

It helps your heart.

It helps your mood.

It helps you build consistency.

But your body needs more than walking.

Because life is more than walking.

You have to:

✅ Get out of chairs
✅ Walk up stairs
✅ Reach into cabinets
✅ Bend down
✅ Carry groceries
✅ Step into the tub
✅ Use the bathroom with more ease
✅ Push, pull, lift, twist, and balance

That’s where strength training comes in.

And before your brain panics…

No, I am NOT talking about burpees. 😂

If you’re 300+ pounds, a beginner, dealing with joint pain, or rebuilding your fitness foundation…

you do NOT have to get on the floor.

You can start with:

✨ Seated dumbbell exercises
✨ Resistance bands
✨ Chair squats
✨ Wall push-ups
✨ Bed exercises
✨ Leg lifts
✨ Short standing movements

That still counts.

That is still fitness.

That is still strength.

You start where you are.

Not where Instagram says you should be.

Not where some random trainer with perfect knees says you should be.

Where YOU are.

Because this journey is not just about losing weight.

It’s about making your life easier.

It’s about feeling stronger in the body you have right now.

Walking helps you move forward.

Strength helps you live better when you get there.

💛 What’s one strength movement you feel open to trying?

Chair squats? Bands? Dumbbells? Wall push-ups?

Drop it below.

Because your body deserves support long before it reaches the finish line.

I’m trying a little movement snack experiment today.

Every 2 hours, I’m doing a quick mini workout.

Not a whole production.

Not a “change your life in 45 minutes” workout.

Not me rolling around on the floor questioning my choices. 😂

Just 3–4 minutes of movement.

Today’s movement snack:

15 dumbbell squats
12 dumbbell shoulder presses
15 seated rows with resistance bands
15 seated chest presses with resistance bands
12 overhead triceps extensions

That’s it.

And after my first one?

I had more energy.

I actually started doing things I had been procrastinating on.

Apparently my body didn’t need a dramatic motivational speech.

It needed me to stand up and move for a few minutes.

Rude, honestly. 😂

But here’s the thing: research supports this.

Breaking up long periods of sitting with short movement breaks may help improve blood sugar control, insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular fitness, mood, energy, strength, and muscular endurance.

It may also help reduce some of the negative effects of sitting too long.

And honestly, for a lot of people, this feels more doable than trying to force a full 60-minute workout.

Because sometimes saying, “I’ll work out later,” turns into later becoming tomorrow, then Monday, then next month, then suddenly you’re in a whole new season of life. 😂

You do NOT have to do my exact workout.

Every 1.5–2 hours, just get up and move for 3–4 minutes.

You can:

March in place
Dance
Walk on your walking pad
Hop on a stationary bike
Do chair squats
Stretch
Do the first few minutes of a YouTube workout

I set reminder alarms for mine today because I know myself.

Without reminders, my brain will absolutely pretend we never made this agreement.

So here’s my challenge for you:

Try ONE movement snack today.

Just 3–4 minutes.

Nothing fancy.

Nothing extreme.

Just intentional movement.

What would your movement snack be?

Walking? Dancing? Marching? Strength moves? Stretching?

Share below.

Because sometimes the thing that changes your energy isn’t one giant workout.

Sometimes it’s standing up for yourself — literally — a few minutes at a time.
