Back to school! Join me for the Fall 25 GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pretraining Course on Oct 24-26, 31-Nov 2. Over 2 weekends, we’ll take a deep dive into the basics of the method, to refine your technique and understanding, and if you choose to teach, prepare you for the Level 1 Foundation Course.

Prerequisite for this course is to have a consistent self-practice, and to be familiar with the level 1 exercises and equipment set-up.

Tuition is $1050 plus studio fee/deposit of $300. Questions pls message me, and/or call/email Kinespirit to register.

As part of Pride month, the week of Monday June 16-Sunday June 22, 2025 is matching donations to help raise funds and continue to bring awareness.  All donations will be given to Dancers Responding to Aids (DRA) to help support essential services for people throughout our community and across the United States.
