Fall can get so busy with getting back into the swing of things especially for us mamas organizing back to school pick ups, drop offs, lunches, and playdates... I’m right there with you!!! Here’s a reminder to myself and to YOU to slow down, take the deep breaths, and savor the moments (even just once a day) ✨This last pregnancy is making it very clear just how fast time is flying by… 💫

So so true. reminded me of this quote today. Choose wisely.

I remember learning all the wrong technique from my first ballet teacher at 8yrs old and having to re-learn the basics when I was 11yrs (like not forcing my turn out). That is why I am such a HUGE stickler when it comes to FORM. You can do more damage to your body from repeating the wrong exercises or performing exercises incorrectly. Over time it will manifest in pelvic floor dysfunction, joint injuries, lower back pain, etc. Please spend the extra time researching your teachers before committing long term. Ask them HOW to do an exercise, WHAT you should be feeling, and WHY. Your body is a temple. Find people who honor YOU, your body, and your growth 🙏🏻 ❤️
