World Class Martial Arts training MMA is the evolution and revolution of the modern martial arts. Most altercations end up in “the clinch” or on the ground.
Spirit MMA Curriculum consists of a hybrid form of martial arts, which utilizes spirit jiu-jitsu, Submission Grappling, Tae Kwon do, Jeet Kun Do, Muay Thai and kickboxing, the proper way to strike from the ground as well as the most effective techniques from other styles of fighting.
