Are you still looking for a plan to feel stronger and less drained this summer?
If the answer is yes, send me a DM with the word "FUEL." I’ll ask you a couple of quick questions and sketch out a simple path that's surprisingly easy to follow.

Long weekend, and now your body is protesting. 😅
Your knees or lower back are feeling stiff, and you feel every minute you spent on your feet. You might be thinking, “I didn’t do anything crazy … so why does it feel like I did?”
For most adults 50+, weekend movement happens in bursts.
Lots of standing or sitting.
Sudden spurts of movement.
Zero time spent warming up.
And when muscles, ligaments and tendons lack strength and resilience,
your joints end up carrying the load. That’s when Monday feels rough.
Here’s a realistic warmup for the over‑50 body 👇
10–15 slow ankle circles on each side
10 gentle hip circles, holding a chair or fence
10–12 easy squats to a chair
20–30 seconds of heel‑to‑toe walking
All it takes is 5–7 minutes. That’s enough to help your:
🔹 knees feel more stable
🔹 lower back feel less achy
🔹 balance feel steadier
This is how I build warmups into coaching: In-person at the studio, and through Stronger Anywhere remote plans. For those who want to be guided through what good movement should feel like again, 1×1 Assisted Stretching 💪
Thinking back on the holiday weekend … where did your body feel it the most — knees, lower back, or shoulders?
